Geek Squad service is always great. I've only used them a few times but the techs have always been above and beyond. They're so helpful and very kind. Always have solved my issues with quickness and kindness.

I know I have posted these Best Buy protection plans reviews on here several times, so I won't keep saying the same thing. Bottom line, the easiest and hassle free protection plan in my opinion there is that we have used. I would recommend to anyone that doesn't have the money to go out and replace anything at anytime over say $150 of electronics or appliance's. Bottom line.

They fixed my laptop even though it took long I still didn’t care because it was getting fixed and they also fixed the parts that I didn’t ask to be fixed

Haven't had to use the Geek Squad's services for this computer but have been very satisfied when they've cured my computer in the past. Knowing that they are there for a nominal yearly fee is very reassuring.

Haven't needed to use it yet but I love having the service just in case.

The agents mounted my tv and installed all my devices.

I have not needed to use this in several years but when I did it was worth the cost upfront. They were able to fix my television with no cost to me. Everything but the outside case was replaced with new parts at no cost to me. Every time I have had to ask them questions they have resolved my issues/concerns in one go.

Havent had to use this yet, but i purchased it to buy for my new computer investment. I bought it based off of the benefits that was offered.

Always get the warranty for large investments. You won't be sorry.

I have always trusted Geek Squad Accidental Protection Plans. While the hope is that I don't need them, I am glad that they are there for when I do.

Most of the time I am on the road working. I am degreed in electronic technology. In the old days I use to fix my computer and call it a day. Know that I am away from home most of the time, I don't have the time to troubleshoot a family member's PC if it stops working. Geek squad has more than paid for itself by fixing a start up issue with my son's computer. Thanks Geek Squad!

Love the geek squad. Have not had to use the accidental /damage protection, but get it anyway just in case. Better safe than sorry, as for the regular stuff that geek squad deals with I call and they can usually fix. I strongly recommend especially if purchasing a very expensive computer/laptop.

Looked for a replacement for my macbook air. Using for every day and school use. Highly recommend. I know its pricey but I got it on sale and its worth the investment

I purchased this 1 yr warranty for a new laptop I bought my 10 yr old daughter. Exactly almost 1 year later the screen is cracked and I just made it in time with the warranty. I send it out and they are fixing now. I might get a free replacement if they are unable to fix it. For this reason I always get some sort of warranty on products usually over $500.

So nice to know its there if I need it. I have it ready in case.
