    So glad the associate talked me into buying this. My daughter step on my laptop by mistake and it was fixed completed with no problems and no extra cost. Truly a life save

    I exchanged my laptop, after one month, because it overheated in sleep mode. Geek Squad was great to get me another at the store that day. They’ve installed my stuff and been there on the phone for me. Love them. Recommend them

    Agents mounted tv and all devices, fixed computer, hooked up roku, troubleshooted connectivity problems over several trips. Will never be without

    Geek squad is the best. Makes me comfortable when my son carries his laptop back-and-forth from his apartment to college. If anything ever happens, no matter what it is with the accidental damage plan. They take care of it. Takes the worry off of having to buy a new one during the plan coverage

    If you ever have an accident with your electronics and you do not have geek squad you will kick yourself. The price of protection can be a problem after you plunked down a bunch for your device however when/if something happens you will not regret it.

    Always get the Geek Squad but use it!! Read up on it and know how it works because they will try and ignore their own rules. A must have for expensive purchases.

    When they come out to the house they are so informative! I've trusted Geek squad for a lot of years now. It was unfortunate that I had to use Geek squad in Canada. Canadian Geek Squad are so nice and quick. I had to pay full price. The Canadians told me that most of their States customers get the US geek squad to cover the cost. Well I didn't get it covered and the US geek squad were rude.

    When BB was open they helped with my Dell lap top. However I have problems with chrome book and now have to wait til store reopens. Can’t get any one from store on phone for help AND can’t get geek squad person on phone for help. I’m not computer savy n need help taking parental control off chrome book

    When I first bought my computer I was told about this service and I agreed. I thought I was covered under this plan until I discovered I was set up with The Geek squad total tech support plan that did not have accidental coverage. Not until I took my computer in for repair and was told I was not covered for repair. I had to pay a nonrefundable $85 to be shipped, and told I needed a new mother board for the cost of $600.00. Some of the associates that work in the store do not know their own policies and services well and should be coached on products and what they cover. Its too late to cancel the total Geek squad protection plan because it auto renews annually. I now have the accidental coverage plan after the total loss of my first computer and misrepresentation of the product that was sold to me.

    Have had too many mishaps with laptops and hope this one isn't as use service as most. Geek squad has always been a good source for my husbands iphone.

    Bought this for my son who is in middle school. Very fast startup, easy to use and large sized comfortable keyboard. Touch screen is very responsive. Very durable.

    I had to bring my computer in to get fixed and everyone was very nice and accommodating. There were some communication issues about my computer getting to the service center and it took than I was told. But everyone was super nice at the store. And I was able to get a new computer with no issues.

    The agents were able to help me replace a new pc with another. The first one I purchased had Windows S and I could not load apps. Once the exchange, they switched my Microsoft Home and Office over. I am not sure how, but all 3 uses were used up though. It took overnight to finish the job, but it was finished by noon the next day. The wait seems long sometimes.
