I have this "just in case something happens" we know we can count on Best Buy to handle any problem that happens.

It's always easy doingv everything with BestBuy. From online shopping, picking up in-store. To walking in to troubleshoot your device.

Yes, my Chromebook has broke. I took it in and the help service was wonderful. They fixed my equipment and return it to me.

The service contracts are good to have but how often do you really use. I'm not sure if it's worth the money. But as long as I buy certain products, I will continue to get the extra service contract.

Dog chewed the power chord of my Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 gaming laptop charger. I bought a new one at Bedtbuy.When a direct replacement couldn't be found they reimbursed me the full $90 i paid for the charger.

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS BUY THE PROTECTION PLANS AT BEST BUY!!!!! ESPECIALLY the accidental damage plans! It is a no brainer to pay a few extra dollars and protect your investment against defects, drops, spills and just plain old bad luck!

It always good to get protection and when it is at a affordable price its even better.

We haven’t had to use geek squad for this device but I’m confident they would take care of use all the same.

I decided a long time ago that I don't need to know HOW to work on my electronics; just hire a professional. Geek Squad is super convenient and they are always very knowledgeable. The Family Plan is the way to go to get more bang for the buck.

I had to use this insurance because my screen broke and they covered it 100% and they were pretty fast, and also gave updates throughout the process of getting the screen replaced.

Have been satisfied with the protection for many, many years. Most of the time i have things taken care of first call, I have had a couple of times over many years that it did not happen with first call but still love the program

My son had an issue with his laptop a couple months after I bought it & this purchase was perfect. I took his laptop into the store. The told me what the issue was & sent it off to get fixed. I got it back in the mail shortly after & it worked just fine

No matter what I do they will replace or fix the gear. Accidents happen

These guys are very helpful. Unless you u leave your laptop at home at all times like me , u should definitely opt in for their protection plan. It will save you a lots of runaround in case something happens to your pc

Geek squad has been a great all around tech service for my family and I. They have been able to solve almost all of my technical problems over the last few years whether it be a simple or a complex task.

Lenovo Yoga 7i 15.6. Sturdy laptop with premium construction and chassis. The I7 Evo processor from intel holds up well enough with some data basing and multiple active tabs. Gotta say definitely see a slowdown with any kind of simulators, games. What we all want is a 4K ultra book with a 1tb ssd 16 ram and Ryzen 7 processor with 450+ Nits of brightness. The brightness is mediocre in any kind of sunlight. I have returned this model for the 14 inch edition but it seems to have the same issues with brightness and ram. Lenovo don’t handicap yourself bring back the legion slim 7i and get thinkpad keyboards for all of your student, business and gaming laptops. Not trashing the build however it is not worth $1100 despite the overall build quality and reliability, this laptop has noticeable compromises in hardware and components. -T
