I have always purchased the Protection Plan for anything electronics I buy. It has paid off too, as it got me a free TV when mine failed.

The appointment was quick and convenient for me. The staff was nice and very knowledgeable

Had an issue with a Dell laptop where the hinge broke. Best Buy had to send out the laptop and it took a little longer then expected but worked out well.

The service at geek squad is awesome....everybody should get it!

Great Product. Thin and lightweight. Easy to do work on the go.

After buying new comp, asked if things like sticky notes along with apps and normal files would get transferred over from old comp. They said not normally but would do their best. SUrprise Surprise, SHeriff, they transferred even the sticky notes.

Agents were so helpful and professional. Would definitely use service again.

Please what ever you do , dont for get to get the geek service contract for you valuable purchases. They stand by contract.

For the 2 years I've had the protection plan I haven't had to use it. But having the protection for such as important device (my laptop), I believe, is important.

I never fail to purchase geek squad protection. This is one of the main reasons I purchase at best buy because of the great protection and service.

This warranty was for my Samsung 70” TV! My tv broke ! And the warranty was a good help! I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket!

I have yet to use the warranty on but will if the mouse does not stop moving on its own.

I definitely recommend geek squat, I have bought this insurance for another laptop before and they take care of your claim very professionally.
