It is always great to be covered for anything that might happen to your purchases so this is a good way to be protected.

This is a great service and well worth the money. The only downside is the length of time to get an appointment. The staff is excellent.

If you are buying a laptop this protection is an absolute MUST HAVE. They will guarantee your device is protected, fixed, or completely replaced.

Geek Squad was great for my watch! It kept messing up and they replaced it with a new one for free as it was a manufacturer error.

I don't remember what I bought this for, but I'm sure it'll come in handy om whatever the thing was!

Guys always get the accidental. I have never regreted the purchase. Best case scenario, you never use it. But, that will never happen. So, get it.

Bought it but thankfully we haven’t used it. Our daughter will be taking it back and forth to school better to be safe than sorry.

The Geek Squad is an Awesome group of very helpful and talented customer service/technical support. I think it is a Great value!

Read the fine print. If they decide, at their discretion, to replace the covered item, rather than repair it, they will issue you a store credit for the amount of the original purchase. However, the fine print states that in that case, their obligations for the extended waranty ar3 fully satisfied. Meaning, while you will get a store credit to buy a new device, your new device will not have the extended waranty. If you want that, you will need to pay for it again again. Basically in my case, i prepaid $309 to allow me to return my defective machine after the return period expired. I have a new machine, but i have no extended waranty, and less storage due to pricing and feature differences for in stock items. The terms stated in the simplified description are misleading and i do not recommend this service.

Hopefully I won’t have to use the service warranty, however pleased that I bought one. Had to use one previously and it was seemless

Geek Squad is best when you don;t need them, but they are great on helping you get things set up and working, or for correcting things when something goes wrong. This saves me time and money.

The agents geek squad remote support helped me a lot they also came and mounted my tv they also helped me with all my devices amazing work they did great job
