Geek squad is awesome, this warranty covers everything basically. Although geek squad tends to be really busy and sometimes you end up waiting a long time to have your device fixed.

Great service, they never fail to remind me ahead of time when I need to renew the yearly coverage. And doing so is super easy!

I was not about to get the protection but the employees there convinced me and say they will help me if anything happens with the device.
