The GeekSquad are so very knowledgeable and friendly. Although they are the Wikipedia on computer tech, they don't make you feel inferior in your lack of tech skills.

I normally don't by the protection plans but I have been saved so many times by this thing and it's easy. Barely any questions asked and boom I have a replacement.

I've used it before on prior computers and definitely worth the cost if having to repair a time or 2 during (which I did).

Having this added layer of protection gives me a greater sense of peace and comfort knowing that any issues with my device are covered.

I love this program. I have all my tech's done by the Geek Squad and they never fail me. Honest staff that do the work correctly

The Best Buy warranty program is the best in the business. Hands down a must to get to secure your purchases.

Came in handy seeing that I had to return my originally purchased laptop that developed powering issues only 3 weeks owning it.

Geek Squad has serviced my laptop remotely and at the store, each time performing above my expectations to resolve the issues. I especially like the same day service.
