I just got this PC as a birthday present on 1/25/22, the unboxing was easy as well as getting the pc just ready to be turned on, but I had a problem with being able to just turn the PC on, it would say there was a problem with installing windows. I didn't end up fixing it, my mom did and I don't know how other than through going to the website and looking for similar problems, but now I am writing this review on the PC and it seems to be working perfectly fine, its very quiet and it was easy to setup after the whole installing windows issue. I have tried connecting a second monitor and I had a lot of problems with that, still haven't figured out how to do it yet. Every time I tried detecting for another monitor when it was plugged in through HDMI, it would say that it couldn't detect another monitor, I don't know, it's not relevant. As of right now when I am writing this email, I am updating windows so I can finish the installation of it. The inside of it looks very nice and clean, the whole overall design is nice, I'm not some techy guy who knows a whole lot about PC's and stuff, but the air cooling system works well and same with ventilation, like I mentioned, It's very quiet when turned on, the fans and everything work perfectly. As of quality for price, I'm not aware of if it is quite yet, I probably should wait until I start gaming to write this review, but I would think getting a 2060 with an i7 for under 1500 is very good, if it was a 2060 TI for under 1500 then that's practically a steal for the quality you would get. I do highly recommend this PC for anyone who wants more of a budget PC but with good specs. I have been looking for a PC ranging from 1100-1500 for a while, I had found another that was a 3060 but had a core i5 that I wanted, but they were unfortunately sold out by the time we were ready to buy the PC. Last thing I will say is that this is a very quality and smooth PC so far, if you do come across the same installing windows problem like I did, then you should definitely go to their website and look for problems that are related to that. That should wrap up the review, I hope anyone who buys this PC has the best experience with it and no problems.

Purchased this for my mother's window's 11 tower just in case anything happened. I also have the total rewards membership which is a must.

Got this mainly for gaming and school and the CPU and GPU has no problem with many games I play. Some examples include Cities: Skylines and Beamng.drive. While I can play Beamng.drive, it can barely run with 90% memory use on the default memory card. You can upgrade the memory if needed but this is my opinion the best beginner PC out there for my needs.

Had some issues with the computer getting too hot and the battery running out too soon. The squad were able to quickly replace both and get my laptop up and running before school started.

I haven't gamed on a PC since the early 2000's and I was thinking of building my own. Since it's been so long, I decided to pick up a prebuilt so at the very least I would have a warranty and customer service when needed. This PC does everything I want it to for playing games like Rust, Cyberpunk 2077, Spider-Man, Baldur's Gate 3, which is to run smoothly with a minimum setting of high. The games are beautiful on an ultrawide and run super smooth. We'll see how she runs in a year, but overall it's a great gaming PC for a great price.

If you're in the market for a gaming PC that is capable of, well, anything, look no further. This is a fantastic build with all the capability to run whatever you are looking to play no problem. The 2070 Super is a powerhouse Graphics card, 16 GB of ram is enough for gaming at a constant 60/120/200 fps (depending on your monitor) and the intel i7-9700f CPU is a great device. The only suggestions I would make are #1: ABSOLUTELY swap out the CPU cooler. The stock one that comes with this system does not provide ample cooling for this CPU. Temps will stay just below the rated 100 degrees C mark which is inadequate. Buying an aftermarket CPU cooler will be much more reliable for longevity of this device. #2: Consider utilizing the available M.2 slot for a second SSD. Aside from that, this is a highly recommended device, with only a few notable issues that are easily remedied and customization options available for future upgrades.

The protection is very well needed for my equipment.

I would recommend this computer to anyone in the market for a new machine. It was well-priced and has performed beyond my expectations. The shipping was quick, and the computer arrived in excellent condition. This is my first computer with an SSD, and I am impressed by how much faster it is than a traditional hard drive. It is so much more convenient to be able to start up, open programs, and search for files instantly. The computer was also very easy to set up.

If you haven't heard by now, the new Microsoft flight simulator is basically the benchmark for gaming PC performance. This computer plays it perfectly fine on 1080p ultra settings. I averaged around 40-45 fps flying over Manhattan with volumetric cloud coverage on ultra settings in a small GA aircraft. Your frames will drop if you use faster jets, as the terrain and building detail needs to render more quickly. This is totally acceptable in a flight simulator, it looks smooth. Flying around most of the time over open terrain and lightly populated areas gives me 60 fps. The computer runs pretty warm while playing the flight sim, but has never crashed or gone above acceptable levels. The cooling fans (all 4 of them, plus the CPU and GPU fans) are doing their jobs. I would only recommend upgrading system RAM to 3000hz and up, and possibly a GPU upgrade in the near future when the 2080ti sells for cheap! For the money, this PC is tough to beat. Plus it looks KILLER with the glass panels and LED-lighted fans.

Overall, this computer has been amazing to use. I love the style and lighting the PC provides, and the mouse and keyboard are well designed. The only thing I don't like is that since I have small hands, the hand rest is not enough for me. But, that is an easy problem I fixed. Since I have been wanting to get a PC, I was thinking about building one. But, buying one was much easier. I also got this as a surprise gift for valentines day, so that makes this product all the more special to me. I hope that this PC will last a long time as I continue to play video games and compete in esports tournaments.

Fantastic computer I could say confidently that this PC met and then surpassed my expectations. It was able to run fortnite at 240 fps easily and was also able to run every other game I played I would recommend this computer to everyone and anyone I know.

I am so happy with my Computer its one of the best gifts i have recieved!!! I've been wanting a gaming computer for a while. I will say this definitely is one of the best computers you can buy! I highly recommend if your looking for a high quailty and smooth pasted computer :). It's easy too download apps and it has amazing storage for your games and files. It is easy too use and its convenient at home i will definitely buy from here again!!

This PC is actually realy good. I thought it was gonna be bad but its actually better than i expected. On the description of best buy it said it was gonna come with wifi 5 but it instead with wifi 6 which is really good if you dont wanna lag when you play. This PC can game in 1080p and 1440p really well with dlss 3. 100% would reccomend. The components are also not proprietary so you can easily upgrade them or replace them.

I thankfully have not had to invoke my 1 Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection's and I hope to keep it that way. But it is nice to know that should anything happen to my pc's that I would be take care of & everything would be covered. In comparison, it really isn't that much money for the quality & services you receive. I have had to use it in the past and I can only speak highly of it. It is the reason I decided to purchase my pc's through Best Buy & not another buyer.

Overall a great PC. The first one had to be returned due to the graphics card being damaged and exterior damage from shipping. recently had the opportunity to review a new product and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The attention to detail and quality was evident in every aspect of the product. The user interface was intuitive and easy to navigate, and the product itself was extremely functional and efficient. The customer support team was also very helpful and responsive whenever I had questions or concerns.
