I got the pc on some discount when i bought but the price had increased since then. Bought it openbox. Got 1TB instead of 2TB. Went to the store to get it fixed. They were not able to put 1Tb on the pc. It was either buy new or refund. No compassion. No emotions. I felt like they thought i was the one who replaced the ssds. First guy was nice tho. But others were not. The replies were very indifferent and callous. Was given an option to buy $200 additional for same pc in new condition which comes after 5-6 days. I had to buy a new ssd with my own money. I asked for a discount and got $20 discount but with an unwelcoming face. I had to buy that pc cuz i had some work that needs to be done within this week. I had to spend a lot of time there. I ABSOLUTELY HATED my time there. Personally, i would never buy from bestbuy after this.

Best pc I have ever bought, also the cheapest. I would 100% recommend this pc to anyone who is a casual or competitive gamer.

This is the first pc I have ever bought and it’s really good, it’s perfect for new pc gamers with easy to do guidelines.

So easy to set up, love how it comes with a super awesome led keyboard and gaming mouse! Also comes with a remote to change the colors in the pc, great bonus. Great purchase, highly recommend.

Was comparing building almost this exact pc vs buying it and I went ahead and purchased the prebuild. It's been working phenomenally and couldn't be happier. I'll be buying my next prebuilt from them as well.

The desktop came quick with no damage, and was very easy to install. It comes with a good keyboard and mouse that is very helpful if you don't own one already. Its a great desktop, and I recommend this to buy.

This is a great entry level gaming pc. Can handle just about any game. I do not recommend purchasing this for retail($1600) as the build costs around $1200.

This new cyberpower pc has been very disappointing so far. Firstly it arrived missing the mouse that was supposed to be included (keyboard only). Second the rgb lights would not turn on at all. After investigating i found that they where not connected, leaving me to open the unit and manually plug them in. Lastly one of the top usb ports did not work, again after investigating i found the cable had been connected to the motherboard so poorly that it bent two of the pins. Overall very poor quality control in the assembly process for a $1000 computer.
