Bestbuy/geek squad sold me a computer which brand they said they could not work under, yet still offered geek squad protection. When my CPU was hit by the INTEL i9 software issue that burned out CPUs I took my PC to my local bestbuy and the local Geek squad essentially told me to pound sand. They said they can't work on PCPower builds. My question? Why sell me geek squad protection on a product they can't work on?

I would like to think i know my way around a desktop and i have already used this service several times. its fantastic.

I had a tv break down on me in 6 months and i didn't put insurance on it now I'm out of a 600 dollars and i have too buy a new tv always insure your product u never know

Have used Geek Squad several times. The agents are very professional and extremely capable. They are also very technical when they need to be.

I use to work for best buy at the customer service area right next to geek squad. With my history of doing returns and knowing what they do I already know the worth.

I bought a 3 yr plan for my new desktop in Oct 2019. In spring of 2021 the machine wouldn't startup. I took the machine in and the plan replaced the motherboard. The squad staff got it done for me. Especially since the machine was only a year and half old. The only problem is that they don't pack the machine to go home. They just hand you the machine with no warning that you need to bring your own crating. The repair fixed the problem but it also took six weeks to complete. My last computer it was quicker to send back and forth to HP. That old computer took 10 days this took six weeks.

Haven't used it yet, just like the idea I have it for 3 years because I don't intend to have to replace this thing any time soon

I bought this 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection plan for my Dell All-in-one desktop computer even though there is manufacturing warranty for one year but best buy try to offer you to buy for 2 years.

It was great to bundle with my product in case anything does happen to my product

Well worth the money spent to ensure my computer was covered for any problems over the course of those 3 years
