    Wanted a good 1st gaming PC, got a broken machine.

    I ordered this (my first gaming PC) about 9 days ago based on good reviews and a recommendation from a friend. It arrived yesterday afternoon, and after following the setup guide, I tried to boot it up and the screen was incredibly distorted. I tried several different monitors, connection cables, and made sure to use the graphics card ports, but nothing displayed properly, or nothing was displaying at all. The computer itself was stuck in a restart/error loop from the start which was illegible, so I could not look up the error code for troubleshooting the issue either... Extremely annoyed that a product marked "Play Ready" on the box can't even boot up or display on any monitors without issue. I've already returned the desktop to my local Best Buy and I'm not sure if I will be purchasing this brand again. This was an enormous letdown, all I wanted was a mid range gaming desktop!

    Geek Squad didn't even offer to load the computer but was helping other people. Not enthused. THE OTHER employees at Best buy however yesterday were great

    i wont lie, i was really disappointed with this. when i got my first pc from them, it bricked itself after a month of use. i called and said i wanted it to be sent back to the manufacturer, and they said they'd handle that for me which would use up the manufacturer warranty for a new pc. instead, they used my 1-year geek squad protection plan i PAID FOR and then offered me a new one when a replacement pc came in... for $100+. i was so angry with them because... really? also if you use their online chat function, they can keep you waiting for like 3 hours trying to get someone to troubleshoot your stuff with remote control of your pc.

    Damaged graphics card

    The graphics card came damaged. And since i had to wait a while till christmas to finally gift it to my son, by then it had already been 30 days and you cant exchange it. I tried writing ibuypower, and nothing. Had to go buy another graphics card.

    I wish I could give a negative star. My product for repair was shipped to a local service center. The product was “repaired” and is sitting in a shelf somewhere to be shipped back. That is going to take one week. Oh, I forgot to mention the service center is local. Less than 30 miles from where u live. You can’t go and pick up the product. Just wait for one more week. And yeah, this is an important work computer.

    This computer came with and error or something. It gave me Blue Screen with Critical_Process_Died frequently. My bad for not pay a warranty. I think something is corrupted or wrong connected. I’m not recommend this custom item m. I don’t recommend BestBuy Cuatomer devices.

    So looks like bestbuy is not a good place to buy anymore. I paid for a BRAND NEW pc and they gave me a USED one with a BENT cable and they dont even wanna fix or do anything to help. GEEK Squad wants to send it out for 85$ and charges to just properly connect the cable must be another 100.

    I got the computer and it was DOA. No operating system installed. I called support and the first thing the tried to do was sell me an OS. For a product I already purchased! Then they asked me if I was sure that a computer was supposed to have an os. It took me a half hour to get in touch with someone who had an inkling of what they were talking about and arrange for me to drop it off at best buy

    Regret shopping at Best Buy

    Bought damaged. Worst customer service. Refused to exchange a mouse that has a broken usb port and the employee blamed us for the damage when the damage was apparent open taking it out of the box. I wasted $1000 at that place and I will never shop at Best Buy ever again. Also, this review field will not allow my photo to be uploaded so that people can’t see the truth.

    they sent a used computer it looked like hell when it came in all beat up. There is no way to get any connection into it the way that they set it up you cant hook in an hdmi or anything to it trying to return now looks like ill be driving to best buy tomarrow for my money back

    Wow - you pay this much for a PC. The first graphics cards fails - you wait for a new one. Then you do the work of the techs. Output is mediocre. Then MO can't keep the right time on your computer. Issue after issue after issue. That's not what I paid for right?

    Forget about this. I bought a new pc from this company, and gave me a pc with a fake operating system, they wouldn't give me the code, and messed up pc parts they picked up from scrap that makes weird noises every time I play call of duty warzone. I tried to call them but they kept directing me to other department teams. They need to hire people that will put themselves into work. Not only sit on their chair, and wait for they're paychecks. Not be disrespectful man. I give costumer service too. But the one you gave me was too messed up and not very helpful. Don't waste your money. PLEASE! If you feel you need to return your merchandise within its time period, do so right away and buy a better one!

    No Help At All

    Almost impossible to get some assistance. Online, Chat, Calling customer service... you name it. I can't seem to find anyone who can help me. My package was obviously lost or stolen in transit. Tacking number says, package was damaged in transit, then is said package was refused by receiver on 4/3 - which is a lie since package was not even delivered. I'm extremely annoyed, can someone please give me my refund and I will purchase my desktop from somewhere else. Thank you!

    Best buy Customer service?

    Careful when buying from Best Buy, I did not receive the keyboard or mouse with this order and they refused to send them to me. I would have to pack up system and ship back to get the keyboard and mouse, Customer service continually lied to me and I end up with no help at all from them. I will never shop from best buy again.
