I don’t usually get the Geek Squad warranty. I decided to add the coverage for my wife’s new laptop and have to say the piece of mind makes this a must have.

The agents came out to hook up my kitchen appliances and they did such a great job. I love how everything looks. They were fast and neat. Cleaned after themselves.

brought item home, unpacked and during a move the screen cracked. i brought to geeksquad and they replaced the screen without any questions! only issue was the time for repair. took about 2 weeks from the date i dropped it off to the time i received item back
