Well worth the money! Puts my mind at ease to have this

It is very comforting to have the accidental protection plan. I have not had to use it yet but it is good to know that I have it if I need it.

Great how do use them once gaming system broke they took it back and gave me a brand new one then I bought additional warranty for extra coverage.

Haven't needed to use this service personally, but my S/O did, and couldn't use it when his PC was stuck in a reboot loop, as it wasn't physical accidental damage. He had his PC for less than a month and had babied it the whole time, then it suddenly went nutty, for no reason at all, as he wouldnt visit any unlicensed sites to avoid these issues.

Great protection program and the great GEEK SQUAD help and advice. Would not buy any device without this, protection and peace of mind.

I was lucky not to have any issues with my first year of owning a new computer. But it’s nice to know I have a back up plan in place to help me if I had any trouble.
