The Squad associate was helpful in explanation and suggesting better route to take.

I was told by the sales person that the transfer of data from my old machine would only be 1 day. Geek squad said it would be 5 days. They need to be consistent. They also did not fully describe what would and would not be transferred. It took me several days to get my new computer working as well as my old one.
