Geek squad always a good purchase, you never know when something will happen. 2year accident protection gives you peace of mind.

Bought HP Omen Gaming Desktop Dec 28th. It has been used less than 20 times. Purchased 200/300 warranty. Best Buy Plus Member (former now). Just dropped off computer due to operating/software issue according to Geek Squad. You would think they and Best Buy would fix my barely used, 3 month old 1,300 computer. NOPE. Manager made me purchase a yearly membership or pay $250. So...this million dollar company just had me return a $700 unopened laptop and will now lose my business on our kitchen remodeling. Best Buy's GSP is great to have on higher ticket items. They cover almost everything without any question(s) asked (typically). I highly recommend this protection plan.

Geek squad is the best they will help you figure out everything's u need

I use to work for best buy at the customer service area right next to geek squad. With my history of doing returns and knowing what they do I already know the worth.

I have been buying these plans since 1997. Have only had to use them a handful of times and everytime it saved me hundreds of dollars upfront and i never had the stress of not knowing how to replace things or stop working because I didn't have a PC or laptop etc.

The Accident protection is good if anything happen I can just give it to them they can fixed for me.

The product it still absolutely amazing I’m still using it. Like if I bought it yesterday.
