Great computer for gaming, 1st upgrade very fast and reliable

Great purchase I use this computer for medium gaming runs games well up to 100+ frames just make sure you use a good monitor and this device holds up Its snappy and fast and looks cool

This is my first PC and I had it for a couple hours and I love it and hads no problems yet.It's very fast and has no errors or any problems when I using a app.It's a good pc for starters that has a budget for their gaming setup.

When I say this is one of the most beneficial services I have ever used at best buy. I mean it. For someone who isn't tech savvy and also who used computers 24/7 for work, I highly recommend.

Hope i never have to my protection package but im covered for a whole year

I am happy to pay the little bit of extra money for the one year protection plan to get the peace of mind knowing that if anything happens to my new purchase I am protected .

I got this PC a few months back, mostly just to stream and game on it really does the job well it came packaged VERY secured I recommend every to have a reliable PC, I plan to add upgrades to the storge and graphics card other then that I'm one satisfied customer.

The PC is a monster! I get over 100 frames on every game at high-fidelity settings. Would highly recommend it to gamers. It also does a good job with temperature; my room does not feel like a furnace.

Its a great deal for what you get. My computer gave out on me and I was glad to see the early Black Friday deals

I'm taking online courses four school and I have multiple windows open at once, which is why i went with the 27" Lenovo. I picked it up this morning, started the initial setup and was finally able to start using it. I love the size and touch feature. It makes everything much easier. It's a great computer........Except the fact that i can't open ANY of my pictures from the desktop or the File Explorer >:( i have tried EVERYTHING but nothing has worked.. I'm now currently on with Windows Chat support trying to figure it out. That is why i only gave 3 stars.

If used it could be a good investment! Very helpful and informative people working at the Geek Squad area that helped me to make sure my computer worked. After purchasing the extended warranty the manager ordered the part that they didn't have in stock.

Amazing PC. Super fast and so easy to set up. Love the case and the light up features. So far all games I have tried run smooth even at the highest settings. Highly Recommend!

This game is great for starters I don’t play a lot of the new games that take up memory but it is pretty good

Okay, the end result with geek squad was excellent. After 3 visits for same issue, they refunded me & we upgraded. I also have the other type of insurance they offer for labor, I believe. Whatever they offer, I buy it because I can't afford a $2000 computer for a teen every year & none of us knows much about fixing them. I expect a new computer for a teen to last 3 years. Hope so! The 1st 2 visits werent ideal because they didnt solve the issue. Finally the young, professional manager got involved & solved issue. Very nice. The 1st visit was frustrating, because 1 geek told me ALL the gr8 things they would do to repair & clean it & sold me $150 parts ;( but then another, less invested, geek worked on it & didn't do half of what #1 promised, so we ended up going back twice more. $$They sold me a removeable hard drive, so they COULD fix it but they didn't move the hard drive contents over at all on that 1st FIVE DAY repair job (as promised by #1), so we had to go back a 2nd time to sit there & have them show us how to do it ourselves & our teen then did it with their guidance for 2 hours at their counter (with an appointment). They were kind & helpful each visit. Like most places, every tech is different, some superior but overall they were helpful. I was VERY happy with their final solution, once a young, professional MANAGER stepped in, miraculously, thank God! Unless you can repair computers yourself, buy BOTH types of insurance they offer: the Geek Squad protection & the Labor(?) Plan. On the $2000 computer, both of those cost about $550 and 1 of the insurances covers any electronic item he owns, they SAID, even? if not purchased at BB. I hope they told me that correctly, because it is difficult to understand what each really covers, as they offered no detailed plan info & I did ask for it. The labor+(?) plan has to be renewed annually, btw. It's not cheap but for US it has been worth it.
