I had a tv break down on me in 6 months and i didn't put insurance on it now I'm out of a 600 dollars and i have too buy a new tv always insure your product u never know

They help me right away easy and quick you just explain them what happened and they will get right fix the problem

Regardless of what product I buy from BestBuy, I never walk out of the store without some kind of insurance if it is offered as I am quite accident prone and when dealing with new tech I do sometimes get worried about cracked screens or items not working after a year of use.

I bought a 3 yr plan for my new desktop in Oct 2019. In spring of 2021 the machine wouldn't startup. I took the machine in and the plan replaced the motherboard. The squad staff got it done for me. Especially since the machine was only a year and half old. The only problem is that they don't pack the machine to go home. They just hand you the machine with no warning that you need to bring your own crating. The repair fixed the problem but it also took six weeks to complete. My last computer it was quicker to send back and forth to HP. That old computer took 10 days this took six weeks.

Bought HP Omen Gaming Desktop Dec 28th. It has been used less than 20 times. Purchased 200/300 warranty. Best Buy Plus Member (former now). Just dropped off computer due to operating/software issue according to Geek Squad. You would think they and Best Buy would fix my barely used, 3 month old 1,300 computer. NOPE. Manager made me purchase a yearly membership or pay $250. So...this million dollar company just had me return a $700 unopened laptop and will now lose my business on our kitchen remodeling. So far no issues with my computer so I hadn't had the need to take my computer to GeekSquad yet.
