so amazing so clean so crisp this is the pc for a lifetime

best buy was great in the exchange of the first one that wouldnt start up. the second one has had a graphics card issue that im giving them the opporitunity to fix as well as a fan motor out. we will see what happens.

This pc is good for its price, and I really enjoyed it and it runs pretty smoothly.

Haven't received the product yet due to my order being delayed, right before Christmas. One deciding factor in making this purchase was that it would be delivered on Dec. 22. Why buy a Christmas gift that won't show up until after Christmas? I called to check the order status on Dec. 20 and was told everything seemed to be on track. I woke up to an email on Dec 22 saying my order has been delayed and should be delivered between Dec. 23 and Dec. 26, but if the item isn't available by Jan 5 I'll get a refund. Doesn't seem to help much when this is a Christmas present. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with a representative that seemed to only have a few scripted lines, which included not having an available supervisor or manager, I was told to check with my local store. This would have been easier to do if others and I could find someone that worked there that was willing to help. At least 3 other people and I had the conversation about the amount of money we were willing to spend and not finding anyone to help. So I call my local store, or so I thought because I'm now on hold again with what seems to be the same 800 number I have already spoken to. Best part about talking to an automated system is that you can sit quietly and not be able to use the menu options because it keeps saying "I'm sorry I didn't get that". Can't say much about the product but I am very disappointed in Best Buy's lack of care toward their customers and no regard to provide any solution.
