I didn't realize how much I needed it until the Bluetooth adapter went out. Not only did they fix that issue, they completely fixed the entire computer when FedEx damaged it during transport. It feels good to not have to worry about anything.

The Geek Squad guys are decent. It's just way less than I expected. Told my 60-day old HP would have to be sent for 4=6 weeks.

They are super friendly and resolved my issue extremely fast. That's exactly why I bought the service and I cannot complain one bit.

I would not buy any electronic without an extended Geek Squad Service warranty. The Geek Squad and the servicemen are the best. They are truthful and don't mind taking time out for you and with you no matter how long it takes to satisfy the customer. They will work on your electronic item until it is fixed or replaced. Who wouldn't appreciate such great customer service!

I had a technical issue with the PC. For some reason it wasn’t turning on. The power button worked but the screen was just not illuminating. I took it back to the store and the Geek Squad was patient and courteous while I explained the issue. They offered to replace the item and it was delivered within 3 days. I was very pleased.

Great product would recommend to a friend. My son has not had any complaints. He loves it.

I am rest assured that by purchasing this service that I can rely on Geek Squad service to help me with any issues that I might encounter with my device. Definitely recommend anyone who is purchasing an electronic device to get your Geek squad service so you can rest easy should you have any problems.

I know a lot of times we don’t buy these types of Warranties because when you go to use it there’s always a loop hole on why you can’t use it or it’s very difficult to use it. THIS IS NOT the case with geek squad warranties and I am glad a purchased it. I purchased an HP all in one desktop for my daughter for Christmas and it fell off the gamer desk the next day and messed up the screen. Took it to geek squad and the transaction was seamless.

It runs good with good with wifi and has excellent lighting.

Every time I buy an item from Best Buy I get the warranty. I've never been disappointed when it had to be used. A great value.
