My daughter has been pretty good about not breaking her stuff. She's a fairly responsible 4 year old, but I understand that accidents happen, so it's nice to have a piece of mind knowing that if anything happens you her tablet, she's covered.

I suggest if you buy anything that could be broken get the warranty service is great and if they can’t fix your product you will get credit for the total amount u spent minus the warranty to get something else

The agent in Best Buy was able to examine my new laptop and get it up and running smoothly again. Operating system is as good as new. This added coverage plan is a great way to product your investment.

Saves me a lot of headaches since my granddaughter lives over 100 miles away and I can't be there to figure out why the laptop is not working right. Geek Squad to the rescue. I've renewed multiple times!

They sent my device to the wrong service center and then did not update for a week. Everytime I called for an update I was told to go to my local store geek squad because they had no answers. The local store could only go off the online updates which went another week without being updated. It was stressful overall. They did say it was not a common occurrence . Originally I was going to give zero stars out of stress but the very last phone agent who helped me was actually very helpful. He straightened everything out and took his time. They need more agents like him.

Geek Squad promised me that they will fix any aesthetic or internal damage on my 2 year olds Children’s Amazon Fire Tablet! That device sure will need warranty!!!

When purchasing a computer or any device that you want to last more than 2 years, I can't recommend buying a protection plan enough. My last device developed an issue on literally the last day of coverage and the device was covered with no questions asked!

I'm glad I purchased this 2 year protection for my childs tablet. I haven't had to use it yet, but I'm glad it was offered to me and knowing if something go's wrong with it I can have it fixed. Thank you!
