The geek squad agents are awesome. Very intelligent and definately helpfull when you don't quite understand the functions or the capabilities of the products Best Buy sells. I highly recommend investing in the geek squad agents warranties because they have helped me on several occasions. I purchased the 2-year protection since my son is small and most likely he would end up breaking it or something happening to it which was great because I ended up having to use it went in there with no problem had it exchanged the only thing I had to purchase the 2-year protection again which cost another 30 $40 so I'm not sure if that's really a great deal still cuz each time you use it you still have to pay money

Happy with the way Store representatives explained the product, benefits, coverage plans. They are very supportive and give you enough time to try the products at displays.

Its a Good tablet I got them for my kids and they like it for games and for videos

I love their protection plan!!! It has served me well. My son trnds to drop our tablets from time to time. They are always friendly. When they have to send it off and it cant be fixed I get a gift card that is usually worth more than i orginally paid.

haven't "used" this service on the device I bought (Galaxy Tab S6). interaction with GS accidental coverage was excellent for a diff. device. they quickly physically verified my broken screen processed my deductible and I had a new device the next day. worth the cost for high end mobile devices susceptible to droppage, $200 deductible (no monthly fee) or $1000+ for a brand new device without the coverage.

Thankfully have not used it on my new unit yet, however on my tablet that was less than a year old and having a broken screen... the cost was definitely worth having my unit back fixed like new with no added cost.

I love the size of this item. Even though it has a small screen, everything I look at appears huge. The colors are vivid. This is my 3rd time making this purchase. I pass my used one on and get a new one and it has longevity.

Bought this fore my son to use for his school work and to red books on.

Every device I have purchased from Best Buy (Galaxy Tab 3, Galaxy Tab 4, Galaxy Tab S, Galaxy Tab S2) I automatically request and pay for Geek Squad protection. So far my devices have remained in pristine condition without having to use the insurance protection, but this is great to have. It's almost like Murphy's Law with electronics and no insurance - whatever can go wrong, will go wrong. Not only do my devices receive this insurance upon purchase, but I pay every year to maintain the protection and service. Last time I didn't renew my Geek Squad, within 2 weeks after it expired, my tablet started to malfunction and I found myself paying for a new tablet when I couldn't have it fixed (costed me more to fix so I purchased a new tablet). Lesson learned!

I love Geek Squad! I have been purchasing this protection for my electronics for years and have never been disappointed! I am very careful with my devices, so often don't even end up needing this service, but on the occasions I have needed Geek Squad, this protection plan paid for itself (and my repaired/replaced device) over and over again! Definitely recommended!

This protect is awesome had it on my pro 7 and now on my pro 9. I used my geek squad protect thee times in my pro 7 and my computer came back as it left new and no problems!!!
