I love geek squad. They need to give customers the option to get there money back and not a gift card if the product no longer works. I prefer Walmart plans because after 3 repairs u get your money back or can opt to get gift card.

I've had Geek Squad service on several of my prior computers and it has come in handy. Any problems that I had were taken care of. Wanted to be sure that the computer I purchased for my granddaughter would have the same protection.

I bought this tablet for my father to learn how to use the internet better I bought the protection plan so if he did any wrongdoings to the tablet at least The geek squad could be able to fix it for him

This gave you a peace of mind. Purchased this for a Surface and played it on the safe side.

I bought this for my new Microsoft Surface Pro and it's already paid off. I got a little bit of moisture in my surface. Went to Best Buy. Walked out with a new surface. And yes i bought this protection again for the new one.

I'm hoping to never have to use this but just in case I'm glad i bought it. I trust the geek squad so in the case that i need to access their services i know I'll be in good hands! Best Buy...they have the GEEKS!

GEEK SQUAD ROCKS!!!!!!! I HAVE ALWAYS BOUGHT THEIR PROTECTION PLANS IN THE PAST & HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED WHEN I HAVE HAD TO USE THEM. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY & EFFICIENT WHILE TAKING CARE OF YOUR PROBLEM FOR YOU!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPENDING THE FEW EXTRA $$$'s ON THE GEEK SQUAD!!!!!!!!!

These people are very smart, concerned answers for all questions, even teach you something new tasks to help you get better with them items to have bought!

It's never a bad idea to get a protection plan on an electronic even if its brand new!!! Never know if a factory defect is going to occur. Best Buy did me great service on a return for another item after owning it for a while too.

Always a must to protect your investments. Anything you purchase I think needs some type of warranty so that if it breaks or stops working you’re covered.

Got protection plan and forgot about it so I called to check and my plan was good for any spills, falls cracks all of the things kids might do. They were covered. I would tell everyone to get the protection plan very a affordable plan.

The accidental protection plans are okay. The problem I had was that one location I went to the tech keep referring to my keyboard on my laptop as a software issue when it turned out it was physically damaged.

It's a must to have a warranty on anything merchandise, whatever you buy geek squads to number one

The insurance is good but it’s pricey but it’s worth it because in case if I accidentally damage it or drop it I can drop it at Best Buy and I’ll drop it off and pick it up when it’s ready
