Thankfully we have not had to use this protection on the product I bought it for, however, have used on another product and it was well worth the expense.

I've had this coverage on other devices in the past, and it's been a worthwhile expense. I have not had to use it yet for my current device, but I wouldn't want to go without it!

Geek squad got your back anytime. I take my gadgets to them whenever and its fixed. When they can’t fix it they give you a replacement

I would recommend buying the protection plan. The geek squad was very understanding and fixed the problem adequately.

I got this plan and then thought about it. and I said I may as well get the next one up. it is always good too have. and price is a little better.

2-year a accidental protection plan is a good buy. Electronics seem to have a short life anymore.

So glad I bought this protection. I had a pair of headphones break off in the jack and even tho they couldn't remove it they replaced the tablet with no problem at all, well worth it to get this

The tablet was easily repaired when the I used my geek squad warranty but its dumb call or make a appointment as if some ppl has the time to wait in the store

We Love the new Tablets does everything we wanted them for very easy to use and the cost of coverage was worth the money

I am hoping the protection plan is like in the past but as of right now we havent had to use it. We have heard it has changed by people that bought it and tried to use it but do not know for sure cause we were told when we bought it it was the same. So i would recommend it but i would also tell what i heard.

Very Satisfied with my protection plan, Amazon Fire Tablet 10 quit charging ,,,It takes an HDMI charger so I went to the store and Exchanged The Amazon Fire Tablet 10 for a new one ,,,,I had a 1 year warranty so I had to purchase another 1 year warranty to cover any cracks or spills on the Tablet
