Geek squad protection is a must have for any electrnic bought at best buy...

Great geek squad service, I usually buy geek squad service for all my electronics because you never know what can happen.

We always make the investment in protection for our new products. It is smart for everyone to do so and we highly recommend Best Buy's protection plans for their ease of use.

It was a great gift for my 7 year old family member. She still uses it at age 9. Excellent for travel entertainment.

A really great service if your item that is purchased through Best Buy brakes and they cannot fix it they will replace it brand new

Quick to do claim get me new one without huge hassle or asking what or if I did it . just looked at said ok I will check it our game back said here you go a new one .

First off the agents are very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. They are quick about filing claim for me. I got my device back look brand new.
