It's the great service i have ever had for my electronics

I would always recommend gig squad to anybody bringing your product anything wrong with it they will fix it at a reasonable amount of time

I have protection on my tablet and laptop. I brought my tablet in for a hard reset, and the guy even didn't try or ask for information about the tablet. I had better experience with my laptop ( they sent it out for repair), the total cost of repair would've been comparable to purchasing a new similar laptop.

Great added protection. Geek Squad and Best Buy are the only people I trust to buy my electronics from and warranty their protection with no questions or hassles.

Haven't used it for this product yet. But have bought it for other products in the past and found BB staff to be helpful and easy to work with when issues arrive.

I was so hectic to get getting this service but I'm so happy I did I'm new to a PC and they help me SO MUCH to set it up they where so helpful and professional

This became a lifesaver. The accidental protection saved me from having to replace an entire screen on the amazon fire tablet or forced to buy a new one

The only flaw i would say is they werent able to repair my son tablet so they replaced it and i couldnt renew the protection i would have to spend a whole nother 40 dollars on insurance but other than that its solid i would recommend getting it because when your item breaks it nice to know it can still be replace if not fix

My Grandson is truely enjoying his new 43” TV, he watches all of his favorite shows & he plays his PlayStation 5 on it. He’s soo happy !

Geek squad helped walk me through the set up of my Brydge Keyboard and explained what I would & wouldnt get with a non memory keyboard vs the keyboards with extra memory
