I bought the extra warranty so that in case anything ever should happen to his tablet he can get it fixed.

Hopefully won't have to use it but great inexpensive option if we do.

Bought this for a tablet me grandson drop the tablet with a case and screen protector and bent charging port had the just return i got a store credit only and only got the amount I paid after using my 40.00 in rewards. They said you lose your rewards then why give rewards if the item you used it on has the be returned and cant be replaced

I've always purchased the service and fortunately I haven't had to use them.

Its helps alot because my son is bad on electronics so I like this warranty

It was a big mansion for my replacement it took them 4 months to replace my son's tablet and then on top of that they gave me a store credit card I bought it in the store because it wasn't in the store and it didn't come so I had to reorder it but overall satisfied a little pain in the butt but satisfied

they give me this protection plan for free but honestly i never used it.
