I mistakenly did not add the 2 year protection on my recent surface pro 3 purchase.. I was able to add it to order after the fact.

When I turn in my item they said that they can have it done It took a month and a half and it ended up that I needed a replacement but they never contacted me that I did I had to contact them and I didn't like that They didn't keep in contact all I asked for was a replacement camera lens cuz it was cracked and they couldn't even fix that They made me replace the whole thing and they didn't even have the replacement in the store So I had to buy a more expensive one as a replacement
