I was able to have a static drive placed in my wife's laptop, have the latest operating system installed and have her files restored. The plan was about the price had I paid only for the services just mentioned, and it included installing screen protectors on our two new phones. In addition, it covers all of our computing devices in the home for the duration of the coverage. What's not to like?

Worth having just in case your electronics breaks.

Happy with the way Store representatives explained the product, benefits, coverage plans. They are very supportive and give you enough time to try the products at displays.

Even though I'm Tech Savvy and know the ins and outs of cmputers, I know that there will always be problems that need an expert. And just like buying a car, when does it happen? Right after the warranty so I always take the extended "Geek Squad" Warranty. And it has never failed me yet. They guys know what they are doing and I don't have to worry about hunting around for a "good tech" that doesn't cost an arm an a leg. Because I planned on the price in the beginning. I'm covered. :) Love these guys.

The geek squad agents are awesome. Very intelligent and definately helpfull when you don't quite understand the functions or the capabilities of the products Best Buy sells. I highly recommend investing in the geek squad agents warranties because they have helped me on several occasions. I purchased a geek squad warranty for 1 year at the local best buy store where I live and I purchased my plan the same day I bought my tablet and I would like to say that the service I received from geek squad was great because the geek squad employee helped me setup my device and also helped me register my tablet with them and also how fast and convenient to make a appointment for service or a technical support was just great and the service i received from geek squad was great as well

Being able to fix your computer iPad or any other product you buy at Best Buy in the same place is important

I purchased the 2-year protection since my son is small and most likely he would end up breaking it or something happening to it which was great because I ended up having to use it went in there with no problem had it exchanged the only thing I had to purchase the 2-year protection again which cost another 30 $40 so I'm not sure if that's really a great deal still cuz each time you use it you still have to pay money

Bought this fore my son to use for his school work and to red books on.

Thankfully have not used it on my new unit yet, however on my tablet that was less than a year old and having a broken screen... the cost was definitely worth having my unit back fixed like new with no added cost.

I love their protection plan!!! It has served me well. My son trnds to drop our tablets from time to time. They are always friendly. When they have to send it off and it cant be fixed I get a gift card that is usually worth more than i orginally paid.

I love the size of this item. Even though it has a small screen, everything I look at appears huge. The colors are vivid. This is my 3rd time making this purchase. I pass my used one on and get a new one and it has longevity.

haven't "used" this service on the device I bought (Galaxy Tab S6). interaction with GS accidental coverage was excellent for a diff. device. they quickly physically verified my broken screen processed my deductible and I had a new device the next day. worth the cost for high end mobile devices susceptible to droppage, $200 deductible (no monthly fee) or $1000+ for a brand new device without the coverage.

This protect is awesome had it on my pro 7 and now on my pro 9. I used my geek squad protect thee times in my pro 7 and my computer came back as it left new and no problems!!!

Like the tablet so far, no issues, wish the battery lasted a bit longer but overall it’s great!
