The problems ranged from virus corrupted operating systems, to operator errors. They were friendly, professional, & made timely repairs.

Unlike other protection plans, they really do cover your purchase from day 1 without any problem. The staff is always friendly and straight forward. I really appreciate the many times they have taken care of my kids misshaps! Don't leave the store without it!
