Protection plan is a must have! Have used many times for many of my past purchases. Be aware that once you’ve used the plan to replace a broken or defective product, the plan is fulfilled and you must (if you wish to protect the new item) repurchase with the replacement product. I decided to go with the two year warranty on my kindle hd8 simply because there's not a decent case available and I felt it was a bit too hard to hold onto, so if dropped I knew it would be covered. Hope I don't need it but it was inexpensive so why not

I got the Geek Squad protection for my tablet, because I take it to school every day and wanted a peace of mine, in case anything were to spill on it. Or if I were to drop it, I know it is covered.

Best thing since you're the immunization shots, just get the protections you will be happy, its easy break it brings it in give it to the Geeks and they will fix it or replace it!

The best warranty around i always get the warranty i have hundreds of them and if something brake or not working right it is easily replaced, please get the warranty when buying from bestbuy it's worth it

A year has gone by and I did not use this warranty, but... The previous tablet I got had a problem and due to this warranty I had for it, it was replaced right away.

This is definitely worth the money, if you are buying for someone under 18. Probably worth it anyway.

I buy the geek squad with everything I buy from best buy. This is a great value although I always price match and the employees always mess this up so then I pay double for the price of protection plan.

Excellent Coverage and i rating it not based on this purchase alone but all my warranty purchases at Bestbuy. The always fix or replace the device. I love their customer service and professionalism.

This service is good to have and it always come in handy especially if something happens to your merchandise. So dont never leave the store without purchasing your geek squad protection plan.

Geek Squad is awesome, I used this for my granddaughter's tablet that she cracked the screen on and they ended up letting me get a brand new one!
