Always worth it on portable devices money never feels wasted!

The guys from geek squad they’re pretty helpful. They help a lot with all my needs.

I always purchase the warranty offered by the Geek Squad. They have fixed a computer and more recently they helped when my TV went colorful and then was unresponsive with power source confirmed and reset attempts. The process was simple and very quick.I will always continue to purchase the warranty because they truly have the best service I have come across. Also they do not treat you like you are a bother or stupid. They ask valid questions and really do assess and find the best solution for the individual situation.

This was by far my favorite tablet I've used, large, beautiful screen and very efficient using it for work in construction. Unfortunately, someone else liked it too and stole it out of my truck. Would buy another if it went a little lower in price. Best buy, please add a way to cover lost and stolen items in the protection plan. I mean, I spent $150 on the plan, $100 on a case and screen protector to make sure it'd last,and that was basically all for nothing.

Have not tried it but they tell me its amazing tech support.

Had one that I had to replace thankfully I had a warranty on it but the second table is working really good so far so I recommend getting a warranty if purchased

I haven't had to use Geek squad, but I thought I'd purchase it because I rather be safe than sorry.

I bought the 3year plan at 59.99 .Thank goodness I did! Because if I had not I would have been out of 164.00 dls!! Lesson learned I will always purchase insurance!!!

The agent was very helpful with us getting a new tablet for our children. We were looking for something not to expensive or cheaply made. It is the best of both worlds and provided us with helpful information on the warranty provided by bestbuy for a small fee in case anything happens. It was a wonderful and stress free experience.

Geek Squad ADH is a must have for any electronic. People complain that they will be without a computer or tablet while it's sent out, but what do you expect? It has to get repaired. Best Buy makes it Easy!! Drop it off, it gets sent out and you get back fixed and working device. Any work on computer or tablet costs a lot of money. You would be stuck with that bill if you don't have ADH. And for 3 or 4 years. If it stops working or you drop it down the stairs or kid spills soda on it...... It's covered. Don't forget to always add ADH if it's offered!

Great little tablet for the cost. I bought it for my daughter that’s getting too big for the kids tablets but not quit ready for a iPad or other expensive one. So far, she seems to love it.

You can’t go wrong with the Geeksquad protection. I have use this service for over 10 years and I do not want to be without. The Geek Squad is helpful and friendly and most of all Geek can fix your computer and get any “Bugs” fixed. I love this service. They are there when you need to get your computer up and going.
