The item I purchase is still working I had to bring it back once and they replaced it . You can always count on the warranty from best buy.

I recommend by best buys protection plan for any product. Best Buy has always done a great job with repairing or replacing.

I never used it but it was good to know I had it just in case. My only recommendation is that a percentage should be refunded due to lack of use.

I always purchase the protection plan on items that are somewhat expensive if I have no issues with em I never renews it though
