I can't believe what a savior the protection plan was to my purchase. I bought the Surface Pro 4 and luckily I added the protection plan. A week after I bought the surface (before my case came through the mail), I dropped it and the entire screen was cracked. FORTUNATELY, I added the protection plan. They were able to give me a complete new Surface. I did lose my protection plan (in other words the $150 i spent on the plan was used, so I had to pay another $120 to get another protection plan. It's still totally worth it. Accidents happen all the time.

I bought a 2 year protection plan in aug 2019 for $39.99. Just fulfilled that plan as they just replaced a kindle with a shattered screen. They said it was cheaper to replace then send off to fix it. Great! We got a brand new kindle for $45 essentially. Bought this new 2 year plan to go with the new kindle as they other plan was considered "fullfilled." The 2 year plan has now gone up to $49.99.

Geek Squad is always the best. They make sure that they do all they can, and that you are happy when you leave the store.

This type of insurance company seems good to me since my children are very careless with their tablets but so far they have repaired my devices due to accidents

I bought a Samsung tablet with a Geek Squad warranty, one day it accidentally fell into the water, it stopped working. I made the claim through Geek Squad and in a few days they solved it, refunding me all the money for the product I had purchased

I love their protection plan!!! It has served me well. My son trnds to drop our tablets from time to time. They are always friendly. When they have to send it off and it cant be fixed I get a gift card that is usually worth more than i orginally paid.

I was able to have a static drive placed in my wife's laptop, have the latest operating system installed and have her files restored. The plan was about the price had I paid only for the services just mentioned, and it included installing screen protectors on our two new phones. In addition, it covers all of our computing devices in the home for the duration of the coverage. What's not to like?

Its great to know the Geek Squad has our back in case anything happens with the tablet!
