I’m not spall of the perks of having Geek Squad? I have not used them yet

Ask a question about a product. And I felt I was not smart minded about it.

Have not used the service but I am sure it will be fine when I need it.

So far I haven’t had to use it I brought my 9 year old a tablet

Whenever I buy something I always buy a warranty frombgeek squad because everything now days break.

I gave two starts for this because I had purchased the service for my surface go bundle which came with the keyboard and the keyboard got damaged. I went in to use my protection and was told my keyboard was covered and had to buy a new one. Highly upset and disappointed.

I don’t know what this is or why they do for real lol.

If this is for the phone, I did not like it. Once you use it it is done. You do not have the warranty any longer. I had to use within months. I paid for two years and only got one use. WASTED MONEY. Confusing to get help. Wish I would have gone with AT n T month by month.

Haven't had to use it, but it was rather pricey. Hopefully it will be worth it , if we ever need it
