I have purchased Geek Squad service for my high-value devices and the few times I have required service have been positive experiences, it is easy and quick to schedule a service appointment, repairs are done in an acceptable time and if not They are capable of repairing and replacing the product with a totally new one of the same or similar commercial value depending on the situation.

Best service ever!!! I can’t say enough about them! I will always use the Geek Squad Service. They always fix things or replace with such great help and kindness.

Great price for the warranty on the Samsung tablet. I would definitely recommend getting this 2 year warranty if you have smaller children.

Never thought I would need support this soon but after only a couple of weeks I had a problem, could not connect to the internet. Called the Geeks Squad and received an appointment for later that day. Arrived for the appointment about 15 minutes early and the repair was completed in less than 10 minutes. So, I was out and, on my way, with everything working great before my scheduled appointment time. This is great peace of mind for a nontechnical person like me.

I take very good care of my electronics, but its nice to have the peace of knowing if the unthinkable happens, I will be able to get my device serviced!

Total tech is a hassle-free repair program. They fixed a computer I had even before I had total tech. Other big box retailers offer a warranty at extra cost but then won't cover you because you must first exhaust the manufacturer's warranty where ever that happens to be. Now if something breaks I take it to best buy. They fix it. Period. I go home happy.

Good protection plan that is worth the price. I usually always get an extension warranty
