Geek squad is a big waste of money they arnot helpful at all

You guys charged me for this and I never knew until now

Did not use, but when i dont buy protection , well #@$% always happens.

Without having a warrenty i would have had to spend a fortune on tablets for my kids growing up.. as you know kids dont take care of their valuables like us abults and if i had to come out of pocket for every time they broke their screen or damaged their tablet.. they would never have one.. so yes, this 2 yr warranty saved me and my children!

It’s worth the purchase, comes in handy when your granddaughter accidentally puts the tablet in the dirty clothes and then it gets washed, we were able to replace the damaged tablet.

I would go for one of these warranties every time. Especially when the device is using a portable manner.

Great peace of mind for my tablet. If it breaks I'll have protection to get it fixed.

The actual warranty required shipping it back to the manufacturer to service which was an aweful process considering the amount of damage basically made it unsalvageable. However, the geeksquad members helping us made this process much better and helped expedite what would have taken over 2 months to resolve the warranty. Thanks to some amazing customer service xD

I have been using the Surface Pro 7 on and off since its release. At the time of the device's release, I have gone from the Pro 7 to the Surface Laptop 3, to the MacBook Air/Pro, an iPad Pro, to a Chromebook, and then finally back to the Surface Pro 7. Why I finally came back to the Pro 7, I like the design, the form factor, the fact that it doesn't have fun and so it runs dead silent all the time, and lastly and I don't know why content just looks better when comparing to a PC laptop. I work in field sales and use the Pro 7 as my primary work computer. My work environments constantly change and I didn't want anything super flashy. The battery life is stellar since I use the web browser mostly to get work done, which is why I tried a Chromebook. The difference however between the Pro 7 and a Chromebook, is if I need to use Microsoft Apps and don't have an internet connection I am not out of luck. When I am on the go, my phone and the Pro 7 are the only two devices I need to get my work done. I would recommend this for anyone on the go, who is only needing a device to take notes, create spreadsheets and word documents, and lastly surf the web.

Don’t walk out with out the geek squad warranty! Small price to pay for peace of mind!
