    Had to return to store so I could purchase somewhere cheaper due to no price matching during Thanksgiving week. Best Buy wouldnt even price match their own sales price.

    Works great. But make sure you keep or know you bit locker key!!! I had to pay to get mine completely reset becuz it messed up and asked and it was never saved

    I bought this special coverage w/ the intentions of covering the childs tablet if it was accidently dropped or stepped on or what ever a 3 yr. old could do. Before I bought the service I was specific about my questions and so it did get a cracked screen, and when I brought the tablet back I was given a gift cert. for the cost of 59.99 I was not offered a replacement tablet because it was not on sale at that time. I was told that it may go on sale and then I can purchase one at that time. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
