So this the second table got for grand baby first 1 he destroyed i didn't have geek squad well this time i broke down and payed for the extra protein if your kid hard on toys i suggest u get this to

I have purchased the Geek squad warranty on large screen tv and surface 4. In both cases, the products were replace for full credit due to maintaining the extra warranty, and in both cases I ended up replacing the items for free. I can't say enough for the Geek squad warranty. Not that it is worth it on smaller ticket items but for what I purchased it was.

Very affordable and totally worth it! Buying a new tablet for my son, I definitely wanted to purchase the extended warranty!

Easy purchase had issues with Microsoft surface pro and took in to beat but. It was determined to be a manufacturer defect and covered under standard manufacture warrenty. Because all the associate help, i fid not have to use up purchased warranty

Never had you use one but if I did and the service is as good as Best Buy my guess is I would be happy with them.

I believe the protection is a great buy, especially when your purchasing something of great value. Why not protect your item for a few more dollars? I love that I have this if I ever need it. I did my research on how it works so in the future I will be educated on how to use it if necessary

Very helpful if I have anything wrong with the tablet. I've not used it since buying the tablet, but it's helpful for accidental damage.

I have two grandsons 4 and 5 yrs old, 5yr is on the spectrum for austim. Having his tablet working is extremely important to his happiness and comfort. Being 5 is not always a graceful age, tablets are fragile. I never have to worry if I need to replace with this warranty. It has already paid for itself.

I have never had a bad experience with the geek squad protection. I have used it in the past. I normally purchase it for my products I purchase. Mainly big items: television, game console, camera, ect... The team will either try to fix the issue or just give you a new replacement (if still in stock). I would recommend buying the protection plan.

Always get the protection plan! As a former employee having this saved me sooo many times after I didn’t work at Best Buy anymore. One of the few protection plans worth getting

They were very helpful they didn’t have what I had brought in in stock so I got a gift card for what it was worth and just upgraded my sons tablet.

Hope we won’t need but it is a good piece of mind to have.

Can't say enough about the Geek department. When ever I have a problem they are willing to take the time to explain everything to me, show me how the product works, and always have an answer. One of the best Geek squads I have worked with. I do not know much about electronics but that does not matter to them, they explain it till I understand.

Well its hard to review as I have't had to use it yet and hoping not having to. I always purchase these plans so i feel comfortable that the just in case something happens I'm covered. To date and in all my purchases I've only had to use these plans once and had no issue in doing so,

agents have helped me for years whenever a software glitch bugged me. Agents have helped even when I couldn't get the program, app, or software started. When internet failed they were able to walk me through it on the phone. A must have.

Can't go wrong with Geek Squad, has always come through when I've needed.
