    I bought the replacement for a laptop, as previous laptop had thermal issues. However, I've not had opportunity to exercise the replacement as it has operated flawlessly. Will advise should that change.

    I saved quite a bit of money by purchasing this package when I had security cameras installed. I wish the Greek squad rep was more helpful when the cameras installed with suggestions. I also didn't know they couldn't install in specific places.

    I have been a user of the Squad for a while now and they are always very helpful and offer great support/tips on everything from WiFi issues, to Mac support, to girl issues... they are always there for you, especially when you just need someone to talk to.

    Best Buy has always been helpful when having to replace or repair my purchases. Although this has not happened often, when it does, I am confident that I will receive the best service possible. I highly recommend purchasing these plans with electronics just to be on the safe side of accidental damage.

    What can I say that everyone doesn’t already know about the geek squad product protection program? If it’s available for your product, buy it! They give you 2 years of protection. So easy to return a product and get a new one if it’s bad! I highly recommend

    Whenever anything goes wrong with a product, this plan definitely comes in handy! Not many of my purchases end up without this plan! The service desk is always understanding, and always willing to do whatever they can to take care of their members.

    I purchase the 2-year Geek Squad warranty for the two-year plan in case the cameras go out or whatever the plan covers if you don't get it you'll regret it down the road it's worth it to pay the extra 20 0r 30$, whatever your item is charged for...

    You never know when something will happen to the product you purchased so I got the 2-year Geek Squad Product Replacement. I haven't had to use it but I don't have to worry if something goes wrong.

    Anytime I have purchased a protection plan for an item it has eventually paid off. Had a modem router fry from a lightning strike after over a year of having the item and it was replaced for no additional cost.

    I usually buy the product replacement & never have to use it. When my Dyson stopped charging they replaced it. $500 item, what a lifesaver!! No hassle. My face of the Fitbit fell off, they replaced that too. Make sure to buy the product replacement!

    This is a great option that comes with the Arlo surveillance cameras. I wasn’t sure about the Arlo as a product so it was nice to know it would be replaced if anything went wrong. Now that I have the Arlo products, I know they are quality products.

    Geek Squad replacement warranties are a great product to have when your product gives out. Your product will eventually fail because is it's technology, it's just a matter of it happening within the two year time period your covered for.

    The Geek Squad warranty is the greatest thing ever! It has saved me money and hassle more than once. Best Buy and Geek Squad have taken care of me when I had my doubts that even they could cover it. I would never buy anything without the warranty!

    Very useful when something is damaged from water, dropped, or something else. I've used it with most of my products so after the manufacturers warranty has expired I can still have someone take a look at an item.

    My Garmin activity tracker’s band broke. I explained the issue to Geek Squad and they explained the GSP Replacement plan provided the benefit of getting a new or similar product of like quality.

    every items I purchase from BB if a plan is available I get it. The replacement plan is hassle free and I have been a fan of it for years. I would recommend it to anyone because it is so worth it when you count up the cost for repairs.

    I feel more confident that I will receive best technical support for my Windows system should the situation reoccur. My previous experience with the team support was great. Geek was able to diagnose the touch screen malfunctions on my HP Pavilion display and recommend solutions.

    Geek Squad Protection Plan for CyberPower inverter

    Best Buy is one of my most favorite stores because it offers extended protection, which I usually buy for costly items. In this case, I bought it for a CyberPower inverter to use to connect my electronic tech equipment in my car.
