This vacuum is the best vacuum I’ve ever used. I have an Electrolux plug-in that I have been using for years, and since I have started using my Dyson vacuum, I haven’t taken my Electrolux out of the closet. I use this thing 3 to 4 times a day I love it I love it I love it

I love Best Buy because I can buy added protection in case anything goes wrong with any of my valuable ($100+) purchases. Well worth the cost, I purchased this protection plan for a gift I bought, a Ring Doorbell with Video Cam.

I don't usually buy these protection plans but I do at best buy. there is no hassle when something goes wrong they eother replace it or refund your money. With the way electronics can be so iffy sometimes it pays to buy this,

Agents are always very helpful in helping me with my computer/Laptop issues by cleaning it up either online or if I take it in to be serviced. I have had this plan, which is quite affordable, for several years now as it covers 3 items.

I have bought this for most of the electronics that I purchase. I have had to use it on a couple of occasions and I have had no problems exchanging the defective items for new ones.

My Ring Doorbell stopped working. I explained the issue to Geek Squad and they explained the GSP Replacement plan provided the benefit of getting a new or similar product of like quality.

Best insurance plan I have ever used. It's all in-house, not some random insurance company. Best Buy replaced the item right there on the spot. Beautiful

These guys came in and went straight to work mounting the TV on the wall and making sure I was happy with the TV location, sound bar location and making sure everything worked correctly. These guys are every bit the professional you expect!

I like them because they do honor they plans without hassles. Only thing I wish it that this plan comes in effect after the manufacture plans expires first, then Greek Squad plan Should start and last the full two years. This plan goes In effect the day you buy it alone with the manufacturer plan. I really not getting One year manufacturers plan & two years Greek Squad plan ( total three years) only getting two years.

EVERY THING TOTAL TECH GEEK SQUAD does in my home is awesome. They have installed my new TV 8K SAMSUNG in my bedroom. They do such an amazing job if I was rich I would Tip each GEEK TECH $100 per person. They are that great.

I purchased the extended warranty, I don't usually do this. I am sure glad I did. The new Netgear Router was only a week old and it was struck by lighting. I brought it in exchanged it for a new one. Worth its weight in Gold.

I HAVE PURCHASED THE GEEK SQUAD 2 YEAR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT IN THE PAST WHEN I PURCHASED FOR MY FIRST COMPUTER. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PURCHASE FOR ANYONE. THEY COMPLETELY DID THE JOB.

Always worth to purchase because you never know what will happen to your product. Something was wrong with our ring doorbell (external). Screws wouldn’t unscrew but luckily with the insurance best buy replace ours with a new one!

I have bought this product a few times and there has only been one time I had to take something back due to issues on a tablet months later and was able to get a new tablet with no hassel.I would definitely get this exsteaned warranty.

I know some folks "don't believe in extended warranties," but the replacement plan is almost a no brainier for headphones. The fact that it covers normal wear and tear is good enough for me. I've already replaced two sets of headphones!

Purchased this Geek Squad extended warranty when I bought a new product new to the market and was not sure of the quality or durability in everyday use. The warranty gave me piece of mind after my expensive purchase.

It's worth the money if you use your product everyday. I used geek squad for my headphones and they replaced it with same product or give you credit towards a new product. I use geek squad for all my purchases.

Well, I got this along with my new Echo Show 8... that replaced my Echo Spot. Got onsale with the return price of the Echo Spot due to having the 2Year Warranty, so it was worth it. Therefore, I got it again for this Echo Show 8.
