I was able to call the Geek Squad and get my situation handled over the phone. Plan is good for big ticket items. Would only recommend if you really need it.

Best buy has the best service u can get in terms of extended warranties. I have never had any problems when something breaks as long as i have their protection plans. They r more than fair and i make sure i get it on all things i buy from them. It is a MUST HAVE!!!

Thank goodness I can depend on Geek Squad to take care of all my stuff when I need the help . They are always nice & dependable . . . and miraculously have the answers to Help & Fixing things & complications . I don't know what I would do without them .

I love the fact that I can buy protection plans and get a one for one exchange and/or refund when you have a device that does not work properly or does not meet expectations. If they can't replace it they will try to fix it from what I remember.

Even if you take care of electronics, something is quite possibly going to still go wrong with it. Why not have a little extra protection in your back pocket, just in case.

I purchase geek squad protection on just about all my products that it's available for. The peace of mind and great customer service I receive from Best Buy is worth every penny for these protection plans.

it is good that best buy have this warranty but the good thing about best buy they will replace it with the warranty the only bad thing about best buy of the price have change then you have to pay the difference and this is not right for some one to have to do this

Having our new Amazon ECHO is nice. The 2-year product replacement warranty we purchased with it gives us complete peace of mind in the event of any kind of manufacturing defects or malfunctions for 2 entire years. It allows us to enjoy our purchase free from worry.

I purchased a simple product replacement plan so I can eliminate my down time because of a defective modem. I have bought replacement plans for all my electronics as well so I don't have to worry about the cost of repair.

3 members of my family have this gateway and we all love it. I like that it is simultaneous duel band, not all my devices recognize the faster connection. I can also give visitors the password to the slower link and not have to worry about slowing my connection.

if you are purchasing a product worthwhile, it's a great idea to purchase this plan. I have bought expensive electronics with this as a back up and best buys truly will replace the item if it cannot be fixed.

My speaker just stop from playing music, i took it to Geek Squad as i bought the protection plan and they literally swapped for a brand new one, and i only pay for the new protection plan for the new one. I saved $120 sweet!

I haven't had any broken down household equipment, however they are fantastic at preprogramming my techie things and computers. They also installed tvs for us and it a wonderful job.

I’m certainly not the Geek in the family and can’t install things lol but these guys are awesome . I’ve always been more then happy and satisfied 100% with every issue I’ve brought to them!!

Provides confidence in purchasing with the 2-year coverage. For the more expensive products the warranty makes sense. For the cheaper items, say below $100 or perhaps $50 it may not be a worthwhile expense.
