We rarely purchase a protection plan, but based on the cost, we decided to add it to our Arlo Pro 2 system. So far, we have not had to use it.

Good to know you have protection if something happens to your purchase. When I needed to exchange my ps4 controller, I was able to get it exchanged with no questions asked.
