With the agents setting up my wifi throughout my house and hooking up my entertainment system. This plan was worth the price of admission

We never know when a product will fail, but it's great to have the coverage. I've never had to use the service, but I'm covered if I do.

I think that getting the product replacement plan on items that have a greater possibility of breaking is a good idea.

When my appliance stop working it was replaced at the cost it was purchased because it could not be fixed.

Sometimes it’s good to have this but sometimes I feel you never get to use it. So sometimes it’s a waste of money for the “ just in case”

The geek squad protection helped us to get a replacement product having found that the wifi range extender did not work well for our home.

Although I've never had to use this service, I buy it for all of the expensive electronics I buy from Best buy. I hope to never have to use it, but better safe than sorry.
