Worth the money. I had a combo router/ modem that failed just under the 2 year warranty and best buy stood behind it 100%.

Ease of use when you purchase, but I never needed to use the service. So I can only rate that so far.

For expensive products to have the replacement warranty gives me peace of mind should the appliance break.
