When ever geek squad offers me a protection plan I never turn it down.

Geek squad replacements are always quick and easy.

Wonderful plans an they back them up 100 percent!!

Only giving four stars because Best Buy is King and I haven't had to use my Geek Squad service because all of my equipment has performed perfectly.

For the price...it's definitely with the purchase. This was a no brainer.

But it for the ring camera and haven’t used it yet but years ago I had it for a Walkman and they replaced it no hassles hope it still good!

We have used this plan and it was hassle free. Highly recommend it.

Used for a refrigerator. Glad I had it when the ice machine was having problems nice to be able to call on someone to come over and work on it

This service is good for those that have no other means of support. However the quality has went downhill as they have outsourced to other countries. I can not understand most of the techs after having an issue as after the initial call you are transferred to a Tech overseas that will work on your computer. In America Americans need jobs.

The agents mounted my tv and set up all the connections. Also showed me alk the things that my tv can do and were very helpful with all my questions.
