I have used the 2 year warranty replacement through Best Buy on a couple of times. They have always been great with switching out our units. I now purchase it for all our items. It has definitely paid off.

The Geek Squad team are knowledgeable and friendly. I've been able to remote into Geek Squad to fix computer problems. Their 2-year product replacement plan is awesome. It's very easy to make returns/exchanges.

The GS prot. Plan is insurance if you ask me ! If you dont want to spend additional money on an item you just purchased a year ago (in the event it fails) just spend the extra few dollars and have peace of mind!

I had a problem with my laptop not charging correctly. I took it into bestbuy to have it checked out. I got the run-around at first as to what was wrong with it. I finally got someone that was willing to look closely at the problem. The laptop was sent for repairs and once returned I have not had any issues. Since I had the Geek Squad protection on it I was not charged for any of the repairs..

I have several animals and live in a seriously dusty town. The Geek Squad product replacement saved my but when it came to my router. I will always add it to my purchases.

3 members of my family have this gateway and we all love it. I like that it is simultaneous duel band, not all my devices recognize the faster connection. I can also give visitors the password to the slower link and not have to worry about slowing my connection.

I usually don’t purchase the insurance on items I buy but since the item I purchased was new technology I did. And I had an issue with the item purchased a year later and it was a case of walking in with the defective item and walking out with a brand new one

I love the geek squad protection. The insurance through Best Buy is the best there is. Never have any problems when I needed to use it. I highly recommend to always insure you’re products with Best Buy.

Absolutely AMAZING plan to buy. Purchased this in Early 2019 with my Linksys Velop mesh router. Had an issue in late 2020 with them dropping connection and was able to exchange for a BRAND new product!

The Geek Squad has saved me money and has answered the questions and issues. They have fixed, maintained and restored several of my products at a low fee. They have saved time, money and frustration. It is also beneficial having the warranty which is included.

Geek squad protection is definitely worth while. Saves time and money going to the store when you can call them and they will walk you through ways to troubleshoot Its like an extended warranty!!

I love the fact that Greek Squad helps with all your appliances bought from them. I got it because I was afraid of viruses on my computer. This way I could take my computer to the office and have it fixed.
