I always get Geek Squad protection on all my appliances. I've had to have computers fixed and eventually replaced. They provided great service and ensuring I don't loose my money on a purchase even if it breaks.

This service is spectacular it's a no-questions-asked feeling of security when you purchase something very expensive you know that if it breaks BestBuy will take care of it and then easy no pressure product!

Geek squad Product Replacement is great - I learned the hard way when one of my tablets stopped working and I did not have this protection. Once I got my new tablet I purchased this.

the replacement plan was great. I usually take the plan with most of the electronics that i buy from bestbuy. my netgear wifi extender had so many problems, replaced it to a eero, very easy..

Always recommend you protect your investment. If it breaks they will fix or replace or allow you to buy the latest available model with only paying the difference in price or none at all depending on price

Best Buy offers the best protection plan! They are nice and fast during your claim just make sure to keep your sales receipt. If possible bring the original box and make sure you bring everything included when your purchase the item.

They delivered my freezer. The window for delivery was between 7am and 1:30pm. I was kept informed of the ETA, and was most impressed that they were here at 7:00am. A job well done Geek Squad!!!

I actually ended up using this. And I’ve used this warranty on other products I’ve purchased with. On the occasions when I’ve needed replacement, it’s never been a problem at all.

Since apple has took over the beats by Dre it is more better fo us to exchange them with apple care since the COVID-19 has come all the apple stores are closed so you would have to do a call support call

Most people know technology isn’t built to last forever and I have always found my router/modem goes on the fritz at least every 2 years - with the 2 year replacement, I have been able to replace my set up free every time! Definitely recommend.

A lightning strike fried my modem and router and my neighbors lost even more than that. I never thought that it would happen to me but in the event you really do need the warranty on a big ticket item you’ll be glad you spent the money.

So glad i got the extended warranty. The satellite router went bad and was not working properly. Took entire unit back to the store and they replaced it. Brought it home and hooked it up and we were back online in under 30 minutes.
