Zero problems with my warranty, happy I have this to back me up. Better prices than Square Trade/Allstate for more years.

I usually do not purchase any extended warranty or replacement products but this is worth it. I have renewed this twice and the cost has been made up from all the times we have used it

Had to use the coverage a couple of times in the past and have been thankful I bought it. I just like the peace of mind that I'm covered for a longer period of time if something goes wrong.

I usually purchase Geek Squad protection on big ticket items that have high turnover like printers and fragile items like cell phones. Definitely worth the price for the additional peace of mind.

Bought this because of a recommendation from a Xfinity technician. It has been the best router I have used. It handles all our devices (which are easily 25+) with ease. Great reception everywhere in the house and garage.

I don’t normally buy service plans, but Best Buy price matched the modem/router and it was a good price for both the item and the service plan. In the event something happens, a few dollars for repair or replacement is well worth it!

Best protection plan I’ve purchased “in-store” Directly deal with the representative, no 3rd party insurance headaches like other retailers provide.

This came in handy because our internet constantly shuts down. We used it to replace our modem and was able to get a new one at a great price. We just paid for a new 2 year plan.

Have used the Geek Squad several times when my desktop acts up. They have been courteous and very professional. Have always fixed my computer to my satisfaction, either by phone or at the store.

I've had to use the best buy warranty replacement option a few times over the years. I highly recommend it based on ease of use. Just take broken item to customer service. easy as that!

When you buy a pricey items always recommend to buy this protection as it can help lower cost when actual issue occurs. At times best buy may offer you replacement which is equally good.

Geek Squad replacement - so far I have not had to use this replacement service but if i do i know i can count on the geek squad. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.

It is a great protection option. It was inexpensive and attractive for peace of mind. Arlo Pro 2 was way more expensive when I bought it so you always want to protect your investment.
