I have not had to make use of this yet but it is a great piece of mind in case of something down the road. 60.00 for another 2 years on top of the regular warranty is not bad for a 600.00 piece of equipment.

I usually don't purchase insurance on smaller items but glad I did for the Echo Show. It really came through. I recommend Geek Squad for all tech purchases at Best Buy.

Bought the product replacement. On certain electronic items this is a must. Unfortunately I learned that the hard way.

Always have the protection! I never buy anything without any protection from Best Buy. Better to have it when you need it than needing it and not having it!

they lived up to their word/contract and replaced my product extremely satisfied with this service. I will renew when the contract end, adds some peace of mind!

I have not used the services. However, I feel comfortable having the back up in case I am away on duty. My family can simply take the devices in for repair/replacement.

Geek squad did mount televisions in the living room and in the bedroom. They did a great job. I didn't have to worry about them falling. They were well secured.

With all my electronics I try to go with some type of extended warranty longer than the manufacturer warranty. So 2 years was enough work what was purchased.

Product replacement plans are the best. These are the only plans I recommend. I get this whenever I can and always make sure to take advantage of them.

This is good value. Electronics fail immediately after the warranty. They have this weird timing. I hope BestBuy will honor this should I need it.

Geek squad is honestly worth the money Even though I’ve only ever had to use it is and I know hassle program that has all his fixed whatever was wrong.

This saved me from wasting my money on a subpar Netgear WiFi router that wasn’t functioning properly. When in the store and got store credit no questions asked!
