Who wouldn't extra protection on money invested in the products we purchase? I enjoy having that piece of mind that I'm covered and protected if such an event were to occur. Well worth the extra investment.

I have not had to use this service yet; however, I have used Geek Squad in the past with other products. I had not issues in returning items requiring repair. I received my replacement without any issues.

The geek squad had to help me with my laptop a few days after I bought it. They were quick, precise and very courteous. Very pleasant experience with the geek squad!

the replacement version of geek squad are great, they actually replace the product. just ask at register if the service for what your buying is for repair or replacement, both are worth it.

My router died unexpectedly on Christmas Day. I got a replacement the day after at no cost thanks to having the 2 year replacement plan. So glad I purchased it.

Everything I buy I make sure it can be covered. Several times in the past I've been saved a ton of money just by being covered. Worth the few pennies it costs.
